MINELLI presents the debut album “Silver & Gold - Chapter II” and arranges an incendiary dance party “Rampampam” in Riga and Vilnius.

Minelli (real name - Luisa Ionela Luca) was born in Romania and started singing at the age of 11 when she formed a band in her hometown.
In 2019, Minelli released her first number-one single in Romania, "Mariola", which topped the country's AirPlay 100 chart.
2021’s international hit “Rampampam” was released by Global Records and, after reaching #1 on Shazam Global Dance and #5 on Shazam Global, topped the official rankings in Hungary, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Lithuania, and Russia.
“Rampampam” has more than 250 million views on YouTube.
