On the evening of August 28, the grand show Flying to Sanremo will bring the best and most legendary Italian songs to the Dzintari Concert Hall – performed by Italian singers and a live orchestra! The concert will feature popular Italian artists Francesco Filizzola, Monica Harem, JJ Vianello, and Manuela Prioli, accompanied by the Mediterranean “sunny” orchestra VERI Italiani. Together, they will offer music lovers their unique take on the greatest hits of the legendary Sanremo Festival.

This unforgettable evening will include timeless classics such as Non Voglio mica la luna, Fatti Miei, and Sognando, along with fresh new versions of L’italiano and Volare. The audience will also enjoy hits like Azzurro, Felicità, Il Ragazzo della via Gluck, Ci Sarà, Come Vorrei, and many more beloved songs.

The Artists

Francesco Filizzola

Throughout his career, Francesco has performed at prestigious venues worldwide – from the UK and Europe to the USA and Asia. His music has graced elite parties attended by The Rolling Stones, King Charles III (then Prince of Wales), Prince Harry, Queen Sofía of Spain, former UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson, Johnny Depp, Gordon Ramsay, and many other celebrities.

Monica Harem

Monica released her first record in 2001 under Columbia (Sony). As a vocal coach and artistic director, she has worked on major projects for the Italian TV channel Rai. Later, in collaboration with D&D Diamonds, she created her own touring show Extravagant, inspired by the world-famous Cirque du Soleil and television entertainment productions. For twelve years, Monica has been the official artist of the Papeete Compilation and has performed worldwide during her 25-year career.

JJ Vianello

The extravagant baritone-tenor JJ Vianello stands out with his charismatic voice and unique style. He has recorded multiple albums and singles, showcasing a perfect vintage sound. Fans consider him a true showman, captivating audiences both on the dance floor and in a nostalgic journey back to the 1980s.

Manuela Evelyn Prioli

Manuela has been singing since childhood, first studying piano under Maestro Carlo Pari and later learning guitar from Marco di Meo. She pursued vocal studies at the conservatory, attending masterclasses with renowned Italian and international musicians. Manuela holds a Master’s degree in vocal techniques and has studied choral conducting under Anna Galterio at the Cesena Conservatory. She is recognized as one of the most promising young voices in the music industry.

The Orchestra – VERI ITALIANI

The musical direction of the concert is entrusted to the VERI ITALIANI orchestra, described as "a wonderfully fun ensemble of musicians with a big Italian heart."

One of the orchestra’s highlights is saxophonist and flautist Davide di Gregorio, who has performed at the Sanremo Festival and was a longtime lead musician in the band of the world-famous Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli. He has also played alongside stars like Arianna, Antonella Ruggiero, and many others.

Another key member is Luca Angelici, the creator of Bass Your Life, who oversees the orchestra’s rhythm section. A graduate of the Saint Louis College of Music in Rome, he is one of the most sought-after bassists in the industry.
